Patient Registrar - Summary

- Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments using Epic software, coordinating with healthcare providers as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, providing clear information and addressing questions or concerns in both English and Spanish.
- Ensure adherence to all privacy regulations, confidentiality standards, and organizational policies.
- Assist in resolving registration or insurance issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate personnel.
