Insurance Sales Agent Job OverviewAs an Insurance Sales Agent in our award-winning State Farm agency, you will play a key role in helping customers meet their insurance needs while supporting the growth of our business. Responsibilities- Develop and pursue leads through outreach, networking, and referrals, including marketing to personal contacts, business owners, and other potential clients.
- Schedule appointments and conduct value-based conversations to identify customer needs in Property & Casualty and Life Insurance.
- Present and recommend appropriate insurance products and services tailored to each client’s unique requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing follow-up support and addressing ongoing questions or concerns.
- Deliver a remarkable customer experience by proactively engaging with clients and responding promptly to inquiries.
- Previous sales experience is preferred, especially within the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate effectively to a diverse customer base.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Korean is preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
