Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes for prospective clients based on their needs and preferences.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Follow up with clients as needed to provide excellent service and identify additional product needs.
- Engage in networking activities to create and nurture new business relationships within the Bellaire, TX community.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients, addressing inquiries and service requests efficiently.
- Maintain a high standard of work ethic, demonstrating commitment, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients to support agency growth.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license (required).
- Ability to obtain a Life & Health license (required).
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required.
- 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and quotas.
- Strong belief in the importance of insurance and financial products in helping clients secure their future.
- Proven track record of dependability, trustworthiness, and ethical conduct.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Ability to generate leads and secure appointments, particularly from a cold start.
