Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain customer relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up communications.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to customers, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing matters.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review approach to educate clients about available insurance products and services.
- Identify and develop leads, schedule appointments, and assess customer needs to market appropriate products and services effectively.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to open new business opportunities and influence potential clients.
- Ability to obtain a 440 Customer Service License within 30 days of employment.
- Active driver's license is required.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced sales environment.
