Packaging Operator - Summary- Supports production and warehouse operations by packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.
- Operates Form, Fill, Seal (FFS) equipment and other packaging machinery.
- Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and production standards at all times.
- Works in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Assemble and prepare packaging materials including boxes, lids, and labels for daily operations.
- Operate packaging and transfer equipment according to visual operating procedures and safety standards.
- Stack, palletize, and label finished products for efficient shipment and distribution.
- Perform repackaging and provide general production support as needed to maintain workflow.
- Consistently maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to promote efficiency and safety.
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Support general labor duties to assist with production flow and meet operational goals.
- Work efficiently and collaboratively to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
