Duties & Responsibilities
- Verify all pallets and products are traceable and properly identified at all times
- Pack finished products with precision and maintain product integrity throughout the process
- Ensure all counts and measurements of products are accurate and compliant with company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized packing area to support safety and workflow efficiency
- Consistently wear and use required PPE and operate equipment safely
- Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed, demonstrating strong skills and adherence to safety guidelines
- Follow all company operating procedures, safety rules, and ISO requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong forklift operation skills (testing required during interview)
- Ability to follow and comply with company safety procedures and ISO requirements
- Compliance with health and safety protocols, including daily showering and periodic blood draws, due to work with lead materials
- Must be able to wear a half-mask respirator in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
