The Physical Therapy Specialty Center (PTSC) is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient care team. - Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy interventions
- Utilize therapeutic modalities, manual therapy, and assistive devices
- Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and support staff
- Supervise and mentor students or aides as assigned
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliant billing practices
- Contribute to ongoing performance improvement and professional development
- Degree in Physical Therapy (BS, MS, DPT, or PhD)
- Active Colorado PT license or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply)
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
