Order Picker Forklift Operator - Summary- Efficiently operate an order picker forklift (also known as a cherry picker) to select, pull, and restock items in a warehouse setting.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by updating management systems as orders are processed.
- Adhere to all company and OSHA safety protocols, including daily equipment inspections and reporting of any maintenance concerns.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Safely operate an order picker forklift to retrieve and place products at various warehouse heights.
- Carefully scan, record, and update items in the inventory management system as orders are picked or products are replenished.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of the order picker forklift and report any mechanical issues.
- Follow all established safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
- Support warehouse team members in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly order fulfillment targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and contribute to overall warehouse efficiency.
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned by management.
