Oracle HCM Functional Lead - Summary- Lead the support, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications, focusing on Payroll, Benefits, and Oracle Time & Labor modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver effective HCM solutions.
- Manage configurations, customizations, and release management within the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
- Support and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, ensuring reliable operation and user satisfaction.
- Partner with business users, technical teams, and vendors to design, configure, and implement HCM solutions.
- Lead the testing, troubleshooting, and support of quarterly system updates and enhancements.
- Oversee integrations with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance with security standards.
- Provide expert guidance on Oracle Fusion HCM configurations, including custom fields and Fast Formulas.
- Manage release cycles, conduct user acceptance testing, and support deployment activities.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies.

- Significant experience (typically 5+ years) as an HCM Functional Lead, with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Payroll, Benefits, and Oracle Time & Labor within the Oracle Fusion Cloud suite.
- Proven track record of leading full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering through deployment and testing.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations, custom fields, and Fast Formulas.
- 10+ years of overall ERP implementation and/or administration experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality HCM solutions.
- Experienced Oracle HCM Functional Lead with a deep understanding of Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor modules.
- Skilled in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations and customizations.
- Strong background in ERP project management, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
