The Oracle GRC Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the security, compliance, and governance needs of organizations using Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC). As a key member of the team, the Oracle GRC Administrator is responsible for managing and configuring essential controls and ensuring that all activities are in line with internal governance and SOX compliance standards. This role is central to maintaining a robust risk management and internal control framework within enterprise environments, particularly those operating in enterprise software and financial risk management sectors.
Working in an enterprise setting, the Oracle GRC Administrator collaborates closely with Internal Audit, Finance, and IT stakeholders to support compliance initiatives and audit requirements. The position requires hands-on experience with Oracle RMC or similar Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms, including configuration, administration, and access control management.

Oracle GRC Administrator - Summary
- Serves as the primary administrator for Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) within a large enterprise environment.
- Supports the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of controls to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards, including SOX.
- Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Internal Audit, Finance, and IT to maintain robust governance frameworks.
- Acts as a key resource for Oracle Cloud security, access management, and GRC system integration initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support Oracle RMC, including user roles, system access, and platform settings.
- Oversee User Access Reviews (UAR) and maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls, workflows, and remediation processes.
- Configure and support Advanced Financial Controls (AFC) in collaboration with Finance and IT teams.
- Collaborate with Internal Audit, Finance, and IT to support SOX compliance and audit requirements.
- Maintain and update control documentation, change logs, and governance records for audit readiness.
- Support Oracle Cloud security roles, access changes, and integrations between related systems.
- Monitor and address control exceptions; work with relevant teams to resolve compliance issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in user training and provide ongoing support for Oracle RMC processes and best practices.
- Evaluate Oracle RMC updates and provide recommendations to improve system capabilities and compliance posture.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of direct experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) or similar GRC platforms involving configuration and administration.
- Demonstrated experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) within a large and complex enterprise environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP Security, including expertise in role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD).
- Proficiency with SOX IT General Controls (ITGC) and access governance in compliance-driven settings.
- Ability to configure GRC solutions tailored to business, security, and compliance needs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
