Duties & Responsibilities
- Support and optimize Oracle ERP finance and accounting modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Accounting Hub.
- Work closely with stakeholders to improve system functionality and resolve operational issues.
- Identify and implement enhancements to Oracle Fusion Cloud modules to drive business growth.
- Gather business requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, and manage system configurations.
- Conduct thorough testing and provide user support to ensure smooth system adoption.
- Utilize integration tools such as OIC or Boomi, and reporting tools like SQL, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flows and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP systems.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
- Expertise in Oracle General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Accounting Hub modules.
- Strong knowledge of integration platforms such as OIC or Boomi.
- Proficiency with SQL, OTBI, and BI Publisher for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional specification creation, configuration, testing, and user support.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
