Stress-Free Auto Care is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive the successful execution of strategic projects and continuous process improvement across our dynamic and rapidly expanding organization. As an integral member of our leadership team, the Operations Manager will collaborate closely with executive leadership and multiple departments including Operations, Customer Experience, Finance, Human Resources, Recruiting, Technology, Marketing, and Corporate Development. The primary focus is to ensure operational priorities are met, critical projects are delivered on schedule, and all departments remain highly aligned to company objectives.

Operations Manager - Summary- Support the execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Drive alignment and accountability among cross-functional teams.
- Ensure operational priorities are consistently executed and measured.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership and departmental leaders.
- Play a pivotal role in organizational growth and development.
- Lead and coordinate company-wide strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and reporting structures to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain visibility into all major organizational priorities and proactively escalate risks or obstacles as they arise.
- Prepare detailed materials, reports, presentations, and analyses for leadership and board meetings.
- Coordinate follow-ups and track action items to ensure accountability across teams.
- Prepare and distribute Weekly Business Review (WBR) reporting, consolidating operational performance metrics from across the organization.
- Identify performance trends, opportunities, and risks that require leadership attention, and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.
- Monitor key operational metrics, identify underperformance, and partner with leaders to develop corrective action plans.
- Assist in developing scalable systems and processes to support the company’s ongoing growth.
- Support acquisition, diligence, integration, and store launch activities as needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for new store openings, conversions, and operational transitions.
- Document, improve, and standardize operational processes, identifying and addressing inefficiencies.
- Build systems that enhance communication, accountability, and execution across the organization.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational leadership, project management, consulting, business operations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets, reporting, and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Preferred: Experience in multi-unit operations, retail, automotive, hospitality, franchising, or distributed service businesses.
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams is a plus.
- Financial analysis, forecasting, or business planning experience is highly valued.
- Exposure to M&A, integration, or corporate development is advantageous.
- Experience building operational reporting and KPI dashboards is helpful.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a track record of creating clarity in ambiguous situations.
- Strong ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining positive working relationships.
