Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) - Summary- Deliver high-quality nursing care in the operating room environment
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain a safe, sterile, and organized operating room
- Support patients physically and emotionally before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure necessary surgical instruments and supplies are available
- Assess patient condition and monitor vital signs throughout surgical procedures
- Assist surgical team with patient positioning, draping, and procedural support
- Enforce infection control standards and maintain aseptic techniques
- Document patient care and surgical procedures accurately and thoroughly
