Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) - Summary- Deliver comprehensive perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes
- Maintain sterile fields and adhere to infection control protocols
- Document patient information and intraoperative care accurately
- Support patient and family education regarding surgical procedures and postoperative care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the operating room setting
- Prepare surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment according to procedure requirements
- Monitor patient condition throughout the surgical process and respond to emergencies as needed
