Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) - Summary- Deliver direct patient care in the operating room setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to support efficient case flow and positive patient outcomes.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and sterile technique protocols.
- Provide perioperative care, including patient assessment, preparation, intraoperative assistance, and postoperative evaluation.

- Prepare the operating room for procedures by ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and functioning.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans before, during, and after surgery.

- Assist the surgical team with scrubbing, circulating, and instrument handling as needed.
