QA Tester Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual for a full-time QA Tester position in Charlotte, NC. As a QA Tester, you will play an essential role in ensuring the quality and usability of our digital products, including both mobile applications and web platforms. This position is an integral part of our remote quality assurance team, dedicated to enhancing the user experience and supporting the ongoing improvement of our software products.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability testing on a variety of mobile and web platforms to identify any issues related to user experience, navigation, or functionality.
- Document all bugs, glitches, and user experience pain points in a clear and concise manner to facilitate effective communication with development teams.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and other team members to report issues, provide critical feedback, and suggest actionable solutions to improve product performance and reliability.
- Verify that software features function seamlessly across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience for all end-users.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports that summarize testing results, highlight major issues, and offer recommendations for further improvements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Proficiency with remote work tools and strong familiarity with mobile and web app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device to perform testing duties efficiently.
