- Collaborate closely with software development teams, providing constructive feedback and sharing insights gathered during testing to facilitate effective problem-solving and product enhancements.
- Validate that all software features operate correctly across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent user experience regardless of the user’s chosen technology.
- Compile comprehensive reports on testing activities and findings, submitting daily or weekly updates that detail results, recommendations, and progress on defect resolutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to meticulously follow established testing protocols and structured instructions.
- Proficiency with remote work tools and a solid understanding of various app ecosystems and digital platforms.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related technical fields is preferred and will be considered an asset.
- Dependable access to a stable internet connection and the use of a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device for software testing assignments.
