As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the functionality, usability, and overall user experience of our digital platforms. This position involves thorough software evaluation, detailed documentation of findings, and collaborating closely with development teams to enhance the quality of mobile and web applications.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing scenarios across mobile and web platforms to identify potential improvements and ensure optimal user experience.
- Document any software bugs, glitches, or user experience issues with clear and detailed reports, providing actionable feedback to technical teams.
- Collaborate directly with software development teams to communicate findings, clarify issues, and suggest enhancements based on user feedback and test outcomes.
- Verify that all software features function as intended across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, maintaining high compatibility standards.
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly comprehensive reports outlining testing outcomes, issues discovered, and recommendations for product improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow structured testing instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Comfortable using remote work tools and familiar with app ecosystems, allowing for efficient testing and communication in a distributed work environment.
- Preferred experience in quality assurance, user testing, software evaluation, or related fields, demonstrating an understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device, enabling effective participation in remote testing activities.
