- Collaborate effectively with software developers and project teams to communicate findings and offer constructive feedback on usability and functionality.
- Verify that new and existing software features perform reliably across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, maintaining cross-platform compatibility.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing testing activities, findings, and actionable recommendations for platform improvements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured testing instructions and procedures.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and a solid understanding of app and web ecosystems.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, software testing, or related technical fields is preferred and will be considered an asset.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for software testing activities.
