Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web-based platforms, ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
- Thoroughly document bugs, glitches, and user experience challenges, providing clear and actionable reports for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and cross-functional teams to communicate issues, concerns, and suggestions for continuous improvement.
- Verify that software features function as intended across a range of devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing findings, observations, and recommendations for product enhancement.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote working tools, as well as familiarity with various app ecosystems and digital platforms.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred and will be considered an asset.
