- Collaborate closely with software development teams to communicate findings, provide actionable feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of software products.
- Verify that software features perform consistently across various devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes, supporting a seamless cross-platform experience.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports that summarize findings, track progress, and offer recommendations for product enhancement.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to meticulously follow structured testing instructions and protocols.
- Proficiency with remote working tools and a solid understanding of mobile and web application ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, software testing, user testing, or related technical fields is preferred, though not required.
