Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios across various mobile and web platforms to ensure seamless user experience and consistent functionality.
- Carefully document bugs, glitches, and user experience challenges, providing clear and actionable reports for development teams.
- Work collaboratively with developers and product teams to communicate findings, suggest improvements, and help prioritize fixes for critical issues.
- Validate that all software features perform effectively across different devices, browsers, and screen sizes to deliver a uniform experience to all users.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing testing activities, key findings, and recommendations for improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to strictly follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Comfortable using modern remote working tools to collaborate with team members and document work effectively.
- Familiarity with app ecosystems, both on desktop and mobile platforms, and a basic understanding of quality assurance or user testing methodologies.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred, though not strictly required.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of supporting various testing scenarios.
