Role Overview:
We are looking for Online Account Specialists to help expand our bidding capacity on Upwork by creating and managing accounts. This project-based role plays a key part in executing our strategy to increase our ability to secure new projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and set up new Upwork accounts according to our guidelines.
- Complete the Upwork verification process to ensure the accounts are active and compliant.
- Transfer control of fully verified accounts to our team upon completion.
- Identify and refer friends or contacts willing to participate in the account creation process.
Requirements:
- Ability to create and verify Upwork accounts (training and support will be provided if needed).
- Willingness to transfer control of the verified accounts to our team.
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness throughout the account setup and verification process.
