Preferred Skills:
- Baseline understanding of SNAP, TANF, and Child Care Payment Assistance programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Ability to analyze complex organizational structures and processes
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing priorities or project scopes
Required Skills:- Experience in organizational change management, business process improvement, or large-scale system implementation
- Strong communications experience with an ability to tailor messaging to a diverse audience
- Experience executing change management strategies
- Familiarity with survey design, data analysis, and reporting
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse stakeholder groups
