Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) with a Certified Hand Therapy (CHT) certification to join our team in the Conroe/Willis/The Woodlands area. This role is ideal for a passionate therapist who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care focused on upper extremity rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs for patients with hand and upper extremity conditions.

Utilize specialized knowledge and techniques as a Certified Hand Therapist to improve patients’ functional abilities.

Collaborate closely with physicians, other healthcare providers, and the rehabilitation team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.

Educate patients and families on treatment techniques, home programs, and post-therapy care.
Must-Haves:

Certified Hand Therapy (CHT) certification

Minimum of 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience

Active Texas OT license in good standing
