Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Summary- Deliver comprehensive primary care to seniors and medically underserved populations.

- Perform in-office medical procedures such as suturing minor wounds, administering joint injections, conducting skin biopsies, and managing comprehensive wound care.
- Interpret and conduct preventive screenings relevant to geriatric patients.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, RN Clinical Managers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using cloud-based electronic health records systems.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to organizational care guidelines.

- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.
- Board certification or eligibility in a relevant specialty (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred).
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in delivering primary care to seniors and underserved populations.
- Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to practicing evidence-based medicine and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
