Key Responsibilities- Interpret and analyze neuroimaging studies, including MRI, CT, and other diagnostic modalities, ensuring accurate and timely results.
- Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare professionals to provide consultative expertise on neuroradiological findings.
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to clinical workflows that support efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in case discussions and contribute to multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Ensure all imaging and reporting meet established quality standards and follow best practices in neuroradiology.
- Adapt to varying schedules based on department needs, including standard shifts and potential call coverage.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in Radiology with subspecialty expertise or fellowship training in Neuroradiology (ABR, CAQ-Neuroradiology preferred).
- Active medical license in Texas (TX) required.
- Clean malpractice and background history preferred for expedited credentialing.
- Demonstrated experience interpreting a wide range of neuroimaging studies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Relevant board or national certification in Radiology and Neuroradiology is required.
- Credentialing process typically takes up to 90 days; candidates with a clean professional history may be expedited.
