We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer (CCNA) to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Network Engineer (CCNA), you will play a crucial role in maintaining, supporting, and optimizing computer networks and networking systems for our organization. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for computer networks and networking systems, ensuring reliable and secure operations.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Diagnose and efficiently resolve network issues, utilizing strong troubleshooting skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Document network architecture, software configurations, hardware inventories, and communication links to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Offer responsive end-user support and training, including escalating technical issues as necessary to ensure user satisfaction and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or at least four years of relevant work experience in network engineering.
- A minimum of five years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer, with demonstrated expertise in managing complex network environments.
- Proficiency in the installation, implementation, and maintenance of Cisco networking equipment, applying industry best practices to ensure optimal network performance.
- Active Cisco Certified Network Analyst (CCNA) certification is required for this position.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and end users.
