Network Administrator (CCNA, CompTIA Network+) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for LAN/WAN networks spanning over 100 sites
- Provide Tier 1-2 support for network devices, user endpoints (PCs, VoIP phones, printers, card readers), and associated services (DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPN)
- Maintain and support cloud workloads on platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Perform basic operations and administration within virtual environments (VMWare, vSphere, Hyper-V)
- Detect and respond to malicious network activity and assist with physical security infrastructure
- Verify cabling for network patching and coordinate with low-voltage cabling vendors during installations and terminations
- Manage help desk tickets and workflows using SalesForce and TeamDynamix platforms

Qualifications & Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or enterprise IT operations role
- Hands-on experience with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes
- Proficiency with at least one scripting or configuration tool, such as Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, or Python
- Relevant certifications preferred: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, RHCSA, MCSA, VMWare VCP, AWS Certified, Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Security+
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or within a team
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
