Key Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web platforms, systematically analyzing user interactions and workflows.
- Thoroughly document bugs, glitches, and areas where the user experience can be improved, ensuring that all feedback is clear and actionable.
- Communicate effectively with development teams to relay critical findings and suggestions for enhancing product quality and usability.
- Verify that software features operate as expected across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, maintaining consistency and reliability.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing testing results, issues discovered, and recommendations for improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured testing instructions and protocols.
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools and familiarity with mobile app ecosystems and web platforms.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a closely related field is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device to facilitate effective remote testing.
