Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Mobile QA Tester to join our remote quality assurance team. The Mobile QA Tester will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience and ensuring the functionality of our digital platforms, including both mobile applications and web-based tools. Working closely with development teams, the Mobile QA Tester will be responsible for executing tests, documenting findings, and contributing valuable feedback to improve our digital products. This position offers an opportunity to influence the quality and usability of platforms used by a wide audience.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing on mobile and web platforms to identify and report on user experience and functionality issues.
- Document software bugs, glitches, and user experience challenges clearly and systematically to support effective resolution.
- Work collaboratively with development and design teams to communicate testing results, user insights, and recommendations for improvements.
- Verify that all software features perform consistently across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure broad accessibility and usability.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing testing outcomes, observations, and actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to following structured testing procedures and documentation.
- Experience working with remote collaboration tools and a strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance (QA), user testing, or a related field is preferred and will be considered an asset.
- Dependable internet connectivity and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for remote testing purposes.
