Mobile QA Tester Position OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Mobile QA Tester to join our remote team on a full-time basis. As a Mobile QA Tester, you will play an essential role in ensuring the quality and usability of our digital platforms, focusing on both mobile and web applications. This position is ideal for individuals who have a keen eye for detail and a passion for improving user experiences across a variety of devices and operating systems.
Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability and functionality tests across mobile and web platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Identify, document, and report software bugs, glitches, and areas of friction in the user journey in a clear and organized manner.
- Collaborate closely with development and design teams to communicate findings, contributing valuable feedback that informs product improvements.
- Verify that application features and functions perform consistently across multiple devices, browsers, and screen resolutions.
- Prepare and submit thorough daily or weekly reports summarizing testing results, issues found, and actionable recommendations for enhancements.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to adhere to structured testing protocols and instructions.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and familiarity with mobile app ecosystems, including both iOS and Android platforms.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to at least one of the following: desktop, laptop, or mobile device.
