Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive debugging scenarios to accurately identify defects within mobile fintech application functionality, security, and data integrity.
- Leverage advanced debugging tools to investigate root causes of issues, including transaction errors, data inconsistencies, and security vulnerabilities.
- Document and deliver clear, detailed bug reports with precise reproduction steps to facilitate efficient resolution by the development team.
- Collaborate closely with developers, security experts, and other quality assurance professionals to ensure prompt and thorough resolution of critical bugs and vulnerabilities in fintech mobile apps.
- Verify the effectiveness of bug fixes and conduct thorough regression testing to confirm stability and reliability after updates or changes.
- Maintain high standards of quality assurance by following best practices in software testing and debugging, particularly within the context of financial data and mobile platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solid understanding of both mobile application development and fintech industry concepts.
- Demonstrated proficiency with mobile app debugging tools and techniques, along with familiarity with financial transaction flows and data structures.
- Previous experience in mobile quality assurance, software debugging, or technical support—preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.
- Access to a secure, reliable internet connection and current mobile devices suitable for testing across various operating systems and app environments.
- Commitment to high ethical standards, confidentiality, and a keen awareness of security considerations in financial technology applications.
