Responsibilities- Carry out comprehensive usability testing on both mobile and web applications to ensure optimal user experience and software functionality.
- Accurately document any bugs, glitches, or user interface concerns encountered during testing, providing clear descriptions and evidence as needed.
- Work closely with the development and product teams to communicate findings, discuss potential improvements, and follow up on issue resolution.
- Verify that app and web features function properly across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes for consistent user experiences.
- Compile and submit thorough daily or weekly reports summarizing test results, observations, and actionable recommendations for product enhancements.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured testing instructions.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote work tools, communication platforms, and familiarity with major mobile app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of running necessary software tools.
