- Collaborate closely with software development teams to communicate feedback, share insights, and participate in discussions aimed at enhancing platform quality.
- Verify that all software features function correctly across different devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes to guarantee a consistent user experience.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports outlining testing results, key findings, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and team leads.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to following structured testing protocols and instructions.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and a strong understanding of current mobile app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related discipline is preferred and will be considered an asset.
