Responsibilities- Execute detailed usability and functionality testing scenarios for both mobile and web platforms to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Accurately document bugs, glitches, and any user experience issues encountered during testing, providing clear and constructive feedback for resolution.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to communicate findings, share insights, and help prioritize areas for improvement.
- Verify that software features are fully operational and consistent across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports summarizing test results, identified issues, and actionable recommendations for product enhancement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes and instructions.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and a solid understanding of mobile app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or relevant fields is preferred but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for testing purposes.
