- Document and report software bugs, glitches, and user experience challenges in a clear and concise manner, providing actionable feedback to the development team.
- Collaborate directly with developers and product teams to communicate findings, clarify issues, and support the resolution of identified problems.
- Verify that software features operate correctly across a range of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, helping to maintain consistent performance and accessibility.
- Prepare and submit thorough reports on a daily or weekly basis, summarizing test results, recommendations, and overall user experience assessments for internal review.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote working tools, online collaboration platforms, and familiarity with various mobile app ecosystems such as iOS and Android.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred and will be considered an asset.
- Reliable internet connection, along with access to a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device capable of running current software platforms.
