Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability testing across mobile and web platforms, following structured scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage of all features and workflows.

- Collaborate closely with development and product teams by providing timely feedback and facilitating open communication regarding identified issues and recommendations for improvement.
- Verify the compatibility and functionality of software features across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes to guarantee a consistent user experience for all end users.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing testing findings, issues encountered, and suggestions for enhancements, supporting data-driven decision-making within the team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions throughout the testing process.
- Proficiency with remote work environments, including the use of collaboration and reporting tools necessary for successful distributed teamwork.
- Familiarity with mobile and web app ecosystems, enabling effective evaluation and feedback across diverse digital platforms.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of industry-standard testing methodologies and best practices.
