- Verify that software features function properly across multiple devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes, supporting a diverse user base.
- Prepare and submit regular, detailed QA reports summarizing testing outcomes, identified issues, and actionable recommendations for the team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Comfortable using remote collaboration tools and possessing a solid understanding of mobile app ecosystems and web technologies.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and at least one compatible device such as a desktop, laptop, or mobile phone for testing purposes.
