Mobile App QA Tester Job OverviewWe are searching for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our remote quality assurance (QA) team as a Mobile App QA Tester. Key Responsibilities- Execute structured usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web platforms, ensuring thorough coverage of all features and functions.
- Carefully document bugs, glitches, and user experience issues, providing clear and actionable descriptions that facilitate resolution.
- Work collaboratively with development and design teams to communicate findings, propose solutions, and verify that identified issues are addressed effectively.
- Verify cross-device and cross-browser compatibility by testing software features on a variety of devices, operating systems, and screen sizes.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports detailing testing outcomes, identified problems, and recommendations for improvements.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to meticulously follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Experience or familiarity with app ecosystems, digital platforms, and remote work tools.
- Background in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields preferred, with the ability to analyze and articulate user experience challenges.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for thorough testing and reporting.
