We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester (QA Tester) to join our remote team, based in Gilbert, AZ. As a QA Tester, you will play a critical role in evaluating user experience and the overall functionality of our mobile applications and web platforms. Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing across mobile and web platforms, ensuring all features work seamlessly on a wide range of devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and user experience challenges with precision and clarity, facilitating effective resolution by development teams.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to communicate feedback and support the implementation of improvements based on test findings.
- Develop and execute structured test cases, following established protocols to ensure consistency and thoroughness in the QA process.
- Prepare detailed daily or weekly reports outlining test results, identified issues, and actionable recommendations for platform enhancements.
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning about new trends in mobile app and web usability, contributing to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions for software testing and reporting.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and comfort working in a distributed team environment.
- Understanding of mobile and web app ecosystems, including the ability to navigate and test different operating systems and app stores.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related technology fields is preferred but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of running the necessary applications and testing tools.
