Mobile App Quality Assurance Tester (QA Tester) Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated Mobile App Quality Assurance Tester (QA Tester) to join our remote quality assurance team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly evaluating user experiences and testing the functionality of both mobile apps and web-based platforms. By providing clear and actionable feedback, you will play a critical role in enhancing the overall quality and usability of our digital products.
Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for mobile and web applications to identify potential issues and ensure optimal user experience.
- Document bugs, technical glitches, and user experience challenges with precision and clarity to facilitate effective troubleshooting and resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to communicate findings, relay feedback, and follow up on the resolution of identified issues.
- Verify that all software features and functionalities work seamlessly across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes to maintain consistency and compatibility.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing testing outcomes, critical observations, and recommendations for improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adhere to structured testing instructions and protocols.
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools commonly used in remote work environments, such as project management software and communication platforms.
- Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems, including the use of smartphones, tablets, and web browsers for app testing.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred and will be considered a significant asset.
- Access to a reliable internet connection as well as a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of running current software applications.
