IDR is seeking a full-time, remote Microsoft Dynamics 365 Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Product Manager, you will play a key role in guiding business systems strategy and execution for our organization. This role is ideal for collaborative professionals who are driven to optimize business processes and deliver impactful technology solutions. Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to assess current business processes and identify challenges related to business systems and operations.
- Guide and implement solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on the Customer Service module, to address evolving business needs and objectives.
- Provide strategic and tactical recommendations based on deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities and best practices.
- Work within an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business leaders to drive project success.
- Act as a hands-on Product Owner, managing the product backlog, defining requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Balance long-term strategic vision with the execution of day-to-day product management tasks to ensure timely delivery of enhancements and solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and adoption of new solutions.
- Lead change management initiatives related to the implementation or optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 business systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically the Customer Service module, including experience with implementation and change management.
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and drive solutions that meet business requirements.
- Experience with systems integration, data mapping, and process optimization initiatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
