Microsoft 365 Copilot Engineer - Summary
- Lead the governance and operationalization of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork, and Copilot Studio agents within a large-scale professional services environment.
- Ensure secure, compliant, and efficient deployment of AI-powered workplace tools.
- Collaborate with IT, information security, and other stakeholders to align controls and ethical guidelines.
- Drive documentation, standards, and sustainable program practices for long-term success.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement and operationalize agent governance processes for Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organizational tenant.
- Oversee agent sharing policies, exemption controls, and inventory management to manage risk exposures.
- Configure and maintain control systems, such as agent access, publishing workflows, lifecycle management, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
- Develop detailed documentation, runbooks, and standardized procedures for knowledge transfer and program sustainability.
- Collaborate with Information Security and IT leadership to ensure all controls are aligned with confidentiality and ethical-wall requirements.
- Advise on best practices for deploying and managing Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform environments.
- Support ongoing monitoring, remediation, and risk mitigation strategies associated with Microsoft Copilot agent usage.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and Entra administration.
- Proven expertise in Copilot and Power Platform governance, including Copilot Studio and Agent Builder administration.
- Experience managing Power Platform admin center, Managed Environments, and DLP policies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels and scalable DLP implementation.
- Advanced skills in automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
