As a Medicare Sales Agent, you will play a key role in helping Medicare-eligible individuals understand and select the best Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans to meet their needs. This fully remote, contract position offers the opportunity to work from anywhere with reliable internet, serving clients across the United States. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and web callback requests from Medicare-eligible clients, providing clear and accurate information regarding Medicare plans and options.
- Guide each client through the process of comparing and enrolling in Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans using proprietary quote-and-enroll technology while remaining compliant with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations.
- Document client interactions accurately within the CRM system, ensuring all e-applications are submitted correctly and in compliance with industry standards.
- Follow up on pending business to maximize placements and renewals, ensuring clients receive continued support throughout their Medicare journey.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in phone-based sales, call center, or customer service roles is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable navigating multiple web applications and tools while engaging with clients over the phone.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed personal sales targets.
- Authorized to work in the United States as a 1099 contractor.
Schedule & Tools
- Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm local time, with additional opportunities to work evenings and Saturdays for increased lead flow if desired.
- All essential sales tools, lead flows, compliance coverage, and administrative support are provided to ensure your success as a Medicare Sales Agent.
