As a Medicare Sales Agent, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and assist seniors in navigating their Medicare options. This full-time, independent contractor position is focused on providing expert guidance to Medicare-eligible clients, helping them select the best Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans available. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible clients seeking plan information and enrollment assistance.
- Utilize a quote-and-enroll platform to guide clients through Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plan options, ensuring they make informed decisions based on their individual needs.
- Submit electronic applications (e-apps) in accordance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) compliance standards and accurately log client interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Follow up on pending business to maximize placement rates and secure renewals, building long-term client relationships and recurring revenue streams.
- Participate in leadership development opportunities by building and mentoring a micro-team to earn override income, if desired.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in phone-based sales, call center operations, or customer service is highly valued.
- Ability to efficiently navigate multiple web-based tools and platforms while engaging clients over the phone.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve and surpass personal sales targets.
- Authorization to work in the United States as a 1099 independent contractor is required.
Training and Support
- Comprehensive online training modules and live Zoom bootcamps are provided to ensure you quickly achieve compliance and are well-prepared to assist clients.
- You will receive a consistent flow of inbound leads and access to national carrier contracts, a secure e-application platform, a CRM system, and compliance and errors & omissions (E&O) coverage.
- Weekly direct-deposit payments for commissions earned.
Work Schedule
- Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm in your local time zone, with optional evening and Saturday shifts available to accommodate additional lead flow.
- This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home or any location with reliable Wi-Fi connectivity.
