Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound phone calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible individuals seeking assistance.
- Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans using a dedicated quote-and-enroll platform.
- Ensure all applications are completed accurately and submitted in full compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations.
- Record detailed client notes and manage follow-up tasks using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Follow up with clients on pending enrollments to maximize placement, support renewals, and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center operations, or customer service is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and navigate web-based tools while engaging with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently to achieve and exceed targets.
- Must be a U.S. resident authorized to work as a 1099 contractor.
Schedule & Tools
- Standard Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm local time (with optional evenings and Saturdays for increased lead flow).
- Provided Resources: Access to a steady flow of inbound leads, national carrier contracts, a user-friendly e-application platform, CRM software, compliance support, and errors & omissions coverage.
- Weekly direct deposit payments for completed enrollments.
