As a Medicare Sales Agent, you will receive all inbound leads and play a vital role in guiding clients through Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans, ensuring each client receives expert guidance tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible individuals seeking assistance.
- Utilize a proprietary quote-and-enroll platform to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans.
- Submit electronic applications in compliance with CMS regulations and maintain detailed client records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on pending applications to maximize policy placements and ensure client satisfaction.
Candidate Qualifications
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center environments, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based tools and platforms while engaging in live conversations with clients.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset, with a strong ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Authorization to work as an independent contractor (1099) within the United States is required.
Tools & Schedule
- Core Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm (your local time zone), with options for additional hours including evenings or Saturdays for increased lead flow.
- Provided Resources: Access to a steady stream of inbound leads, national carrier contracts, electronic application platform, CRM, compliance support, and E&O coverage.
