Medicare Sales Agent (Remote, Full-time) – Chicago, IL
As a Medicare Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in assisting Medicare-eligible individuals in Chicago, IL and beyond. This full-time, remote position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact by guiding clients through the complexities of Medicare plans, all while working from the comfort of your own home. Our national brokerage provides a steady stream of inbound leads, ensuring you focus on what you do best—connecting with clients and advising them on the most suitable Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible clients seeking assistance.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on Medicare plan options using an advanced quote-and-enroll platform.
- Ensure complete and accurate electronic application (e-app) submissions in compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations.
- Document client interactions and policy details in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Follow up on pending applications to maximize policy placement and client retention.
Ideal Qualifications
- Experience in phone-based sales, call centers, or customer service environments.
- Proficiency with web-based tools and multitasking while engaging with clients.
- Strong self-motivation and a goal-driven mindset, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed personal targets.
- Authorization to work in the United States as a 1099 independent contractor.
Support, Tools, and Training
- All leads provided are inbound, with prospects actively seeking Medicare guidance—no cold calling required.
- Comprehensive licensing and training support, including self-paced modules and live virtual bootcamps.
- Access to a national portfolio of carrier contracts and a streamlined e-application platform.
- CRM access for efficient case management and compliance tracking.
- Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance coverage and weekly direct deposit pay structure.
Work Schedule
- Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. in your time zone, with options for evening and Saturday shifts to increase lead flow.
- Full-time commitment expected for optimal results and career advancement opportunities.
Advancement and Earnings
- Performance-based advancement opportunities, including mentoring new agents and earning override commissions upon meeting production targets.
- Uncapped earning potential, with commission and residuals based on approved policy enrollments.
