Medicare Sales Agent
As a Medicare Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in helping Medicare-eligible individuals understand and select the best coverage options for their unique needs. This is a remote, independent contractor (1099) position where you will guide clients through the process of choosing Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans, ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation to completed enrollment. Our organization provides a continuous flow of inbound leads, giving you the opportunity to focus entirely on advising and closing sales, rather than sourcing prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound calls and web callbacks from individuals seeking Medicare guidance.
- Assess client needs and present suitable Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans using proprietary quote-and-enroll technology, ensuring full compliance with CMS regulations.
- Accurately submit electronic applications (e-apps) and document all interactions and notes within the CRM platform.
- Follow up on pending business to maximize placed policies and maintain strong client relationships for renewals.
- Meet production goals and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and adherence to best practices.
- Optionally, mentor new representatives and contribute to team success as you advance within the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center environments, or customer service roles is strongly preferred.
- Proficient at multitasking across multiple web-based tools and platforms while communicating with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to exceed performance targets.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as an independent contractor (1099 status).
- Ability to maintain a professional, client-focused demeanor in all interactions.

Schedule and Work Environment
- Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (local time). Additional evening and Saturday hours are optional for those seeking extra lead flow.
- This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location with reliable internet access, a laptop, and a headset.
